I like the grotesque rearrangement of parts used in this piece, with the bits of the original toy spread about its base and its eyes splayed out to the sides of what looks like a jaw. The drippings on the teeth are a great detail too, making the piece seem all the more savage, and all of it seems to come together with it being put up on a traditional mounting board.
The fact that the sculpture seems symmetric with asymmetric elements makes it very balanced. At first glance, the sculpture looks like the character named Sid from The Ice Age and it personally makes me happy.
